Renew your PI device licenses without sending hardware back. Detects your connected U100 and EpiStat devices and generates a renewal request file you email to us.

How to Use
Part 1 — Generate your renewal request
Install the software and open it from Start Menu → Physiologic Instruments → Acquire License Renewal
Connect your PI devices to the PC and make sure they are powered on
Click Step 1: Detect Devices and wait up to 10 seconds for your devices to appear
In Step 2: Current License Status of Devices, check the boxes for the devices you want to renew
Fill in your Name, Email address, and Lab / Institution name
Click Step 3: Generate Renewal Request and save the .pilic file(s) to your computer
Email the .pilic file(s) to office@piusa.net — PI will reply with your new license file(s)
Part 2 — Install your new license
Once you receive the reply email, save the .lic file(s) to your PC
Open Acquire License Renewal and click the 2. Install License tab
Make sure your devices are connected, then click Step 1: Detect Devices
Click the blue Attach License button next to each device and select the matching .lic file. Confirm the replacement when prompted.
Click Step 2: Update & Replace License. The software will confirm with Update Complete — click OK.
Unplug your devices, wait 5 seconds, replug, then restart Acquire & Analyze V3. Go to Wizard → Step 2 Hardware → Refresh → License to confirm the updated license.
