Hey guys,

 

I wanted to say again how wonderful it was to have you help us set up our Ussing Chamber.  Despite the hang-ups, things went well and we definitely could not have gotten things started without your assistance--you guys are worth EVERY PENNY we spent on this.

 

I look forward to getting the soap, new software, PDF instructions (in case we use different electrodes, tissue, etc.) and recommendation for a surge protector.

 

I know you probably do not need it, but if someone ever asks for a reference or testimonial before they purchase equipment from you, I/we would be more than happy to provide a glowing statement for you.
