ACQUIRE & ANALYZE is a specialized data acquisition and analysis system for measuring bioelectrical properties in epithelial tissues or cell layers on permeable membranes, used with VCC MC2, MC6, or MC8 voltage/current clamps. Designed specifically for transepithelial electrophysiology, it records and plots voltage, current, and transepithelial resistance (TEER) in real time from up to eight tissues, eliminating the need for post-processing to calculate TEER. The Windows®-based software provides an intuitive interface, allowing users to set parameters, select data collection rates, and generate compact files with minimal effort. By combining hardware, cables, and optimized software, it simplifies and enhances electrophysiological measurements for targeted research applications.
