Multipurpose EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems

These exceptional Multipurpose EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems includes individual Ussing Diffusion Chambers, a heating block for temperature control, needle valves for adjustment of gas flow used for oxygenation and gas lift stirring, Ag/AgCl reference electrodes for measuring transepithelial voltage and passing current and leads for connecting the electrodes to the voltage/current clamp. The system has been designed for both ease of use and easy cleanup. Tissues and cell culture inserts are first placed into a special holder that is then simply slid into position in the chamber. Unlike other systems, the chambers do not have to be removed from the heat block nor do the electrodes have to be disturbed, etc.  Please consult factory for a complete description and to discuss the chamber design most suited for use with your tissue samples and experiments. All EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems can be serially connected to increase the number of tissues under study. These Multipurpose Ussing Chamber Stand Systems use P2300 Diffusion Chambers which are the most versatile chamber in that it also directly accommodates sliders (holders) for a variety of animal tissues (see options below). Usable half-chamber volume is 2.0 - 8.0 ml.

Each chamber uses custom designed Multipurpose EasyMount Ussing Chamber Sliders (Click HERE to see a complete list of P2300 Slider series) for mounting tissues or permeable membrane supports (Snapwell, Transwell, Millicell, Nunc)  and has a usable half chamber volume is 2.0 – 8.0 ml.

Uses P23xx series sliders and general purpose EasyMount Diffusion Chambers suitable for both cell cultures and tissues.  Includes: (8) P2300 Diffusion Chambers, (8) P2020-S Ag/AgCl electrodes sets, (8) P2024-40 electrode lead sets (40 inches long), and (8) P2060 dual air regulating valves, (8) chamber caps, (1) TK-7 tubing kit, and (1) 8-chamber EasyMount stand.  Sliders not included.

6-Chamber Multipurpose EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand (Model: EM-CSYS-6) consists of base, legs, temperature manifold, cradles, cam levers, and tubing fitting to accommodate up to (6) EasyMount Diffusion Chambers.  Uses P23xx series sliders and general purpose EasyMount Diffusion Chambers suitable for both cell cultures and tissues.  Includes:  (6) P2300 Diffusion Chambers, (6) P2020 Ag/AgCl electrodes sets, (6) P2024-40 electrode lead sets (40 inches long), (6) P2060 dual air regulating valves, (6) chamber caps, (1) TK-7 tubing kit and (1) 6-chamber EasyMount stand.  Sliders not included.
