Low-Volume EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems

These exceptional Low Volume EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand Systems include individual Ussing Chambers, a heating block for temperature control, needle valves for adjustment of gas flow used for oxygenation and gas lift stirring, Ag/AgCl reference electrodes for measuring transepithelial voltage and passing current and leads for connecting the electrodes to the voltage/current clamp. The system has been designed for both ease of use and easy cleanup. Tissues and cell culture inserts are first placed into a special holder that is then simply slid into position in the chamber. Unlike other systems, the chambers do not have to be removed from the heat block nor do the electrodes have to be disturbed, etc.  Please consult factory for a complete description and to discuss the chamber design most suited for use with your tissue samples and experiments.  All EasyMount Chamber Stand Systems can be serially connected to increase the number of tissues under study. 

Each chamber uses custom designed Low Volume EasyMount Ussing Chamber Sliders (Click HERE to see a complete list of Low Volume EasyMount P2400 Slider series) for mounting tissues or permeable membrane supports (Snapwell, Transwell, Millicell, Nunc)  and has a usable half chamber volume is 2.0 – 8.0 ml.

8-Chamber Low Volume EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand (Model: EM-LVSYS-8) consists of base, legs, temperature manifold, cradles, cam levers, and tubing fitting to accommodate up to (8) EasyMount Chambers.  Uses P24xx series sliders and Low Volume EasyMount Diffusion Chambers.  Includes (8) P2400 low volume chambers (max area = 0.71 cm^2), (8) P2020 Ag/AgCl electrodes sets, (8) P2024-40 electrode lead sets (40" long), 8) P2060 dual air regulating valves, (8) chamber caps, (1) TK-7 tubing kit, and (1) 8-chamber EasyMount stand.  Sliders not included.

6-Chamber Low Volume EasyMount Ussing Chamber Stand (Model: EM-LVSYS-6) consists of base, legs, temperature manifold, cradles, cam levers, and tubing fitting to accommodate up to (6) EasyMount Diffusion Chambers.  Uses P24xx series sliders and Low Volume EasyMount Diffusion Chambers.  Includes: (6) P2400 low volume chambers (max area = 0.71 cm^2), (6) P2020 Ag/AgCl electrodes sets, (6) P2024-40 electrode lead sets (40" long), (6) P2060 dual air regulating valves, (6) chamber caps, (1) TK-7 tubing kit, and (1) 6-chamber EasyMount stand.  Sliders not included.
