  1. Prepare the Nunc Membrane Insert: Begin by selecting the appropriate pore size (0.4, 3, or 8 microns) based on your experimental requirements. These inserts come pre-sterilized, so ensure they remain in a sterile environment before use. If needed, condition the membrane by rinsing it with a suitable buffer or medium to promote optimal cell attachment and minimize any initial diffusion imbalances.
  2. Load the Insert into the EasyMount Slider: The EasyMount P2302N Slider is designed to hold culture inserts in a secure, detachable ring, which provides stable positioning within the chamber. Place the Nunc Membrane Insert in the ring, ensuring it is centered and lies flat.
