  1. Prepare the Tissue Sample: Excise the tissue specimen—such as a segment from rat, guinea pig, or rabbit intestine—and carefully trim it to fit the 4.5 x 11.2 mm aperture of the P2305 slider. Ensure the tissue evenly covers the 0.5 cm² exposure area, which is critical for obtaining consistent data across the entire sample.

  2. Mount the Tissue on the Slider: Position the tissue over the aperture on the P2305 slider and secure it using the available mounting pins (specific number and location may vary by design).
