Wipe the end and sides of the slider to remove any saline and “slide” the Snapwell+P2302 in the slot between the two chamber halves until it reaches the hard stop. Turn the thumbscrew on the chamber to gently squeeze the chamber halves together. Only light pressure between the chamber halves and the slider is required to make a watertight seal. Excessive pressure can distort the culture membrane and alter the electrical parameters. The procedure for mounting the tissue takes less than 30 seconds to accomplish.
