1. Prepare the Transwell Insert: Start with a pre-cultured Transwell insert that’s ready for placement into the EasyMount slider. Make sure it has the correct dimensions (e.g., a 6.5 mm for the P2302T or a 12 mm diameter insert from the P2302T₁₂) that matches the P2302T EasyMount Slider aperture. Keep it in a sterile environment if necessary to maintain the sample’s integrity.

2. Assemble the EasyMount Slider: The P2302T EasyMount Slider comes with a specialized opening to accommodate the Transwell insert. With the slider positioned on a clean, flat surface, make sure the aperture in the slider is free of any obstructions, as this will be the site where the Transwell insert is secured.

   NOTE: Dry the inside chamber walls and the rear heat block with a tissue (must be dry before inserting slider into chamber.
   

3. Insert the Transwell into the Slider Aperture: Carefully align the Transwell insert with the aperture in the slider. Gently press the insert down into the aperture until it securely fits into place.    NOTE: It requires the Transwell hanger to be cut away during mounting.
